The Wisconsin Special Education Mediation System (WSEMS) is managed by a unique partnership that represents a collaborative team: a special education director, a parent, and a mediator.

A WSEMS parent-professional team usually presents workshops. Workshops are available in-person and by phone, in English and Spanish.​​​​​​​​​​

Outreach: The WSEMS partners and staff offer many educational presentations and exhibits to promote the WSEMS and the importance of resolving conflict at the earliest possible stage.
